The Samsung fridge (SR400LSTC)temperature is set all the way to the coldest but even then when I put a temperature sensor in the fridge I am getting the temperature in the 5-7 degrees range, which is not cold enough. The freezer section is working fine though.

I believe the unit is most likely a Samsung Family Hub French Door refrigerator (RF28/RF29 series), but I can confirm the exact model if needed. The issue began intermittently and, after repeated cancellations, the original error message is no longer appearing on the screen. However, the underlying issue persists: when the refrigerator doors are left open, the warning alarm no longer sounds after a few seconds as it normally should. At this stage, I am also unsure whether any other functions may have been affected and what this error code is referring to Please advise on your availability for inspection and repair.
