Diagnose Mitsubishi Heavy Industries split system (R22) heating fault. Ive got an older Mitsubishi Heavy Industries split system (FDC306HEN, R22). Cooling works perfectly in summer. However once Heating runs for around 5–10 minutes, then the outdoor contactor drops out and both the compressor and outdoor fan stop together. The indoor fan continues running and the unit restarts after a few minutes. Looking for an aircon tech to diagnose the fault and potentially repair. Airtask fee for diagnose/quote for repair

We have a Fujitsu AC unit that has a cover that is preventing the unit from working. Once turned on, the cover tries to come up and makes noises and when off tried to come back down but it's jagged and looks like it's going to break. During this time, the AC doesn't actually work. I'm quite sure the AC works but it's just this cover issue. Need to repair a Daikin floor mounted unit leaking water when it’s ON Model number FVXS35RV1

I have a temperzone HWP 35RKSY. There is a constant humming from the unit in the ceiling and it constantly has the flashing "fault" sign on the control panel. A temporary solution I have is cleaning out the red condensate pipes but I need a permanent solution.
