Mitsubishi air con unit is on the fritz. Need diagnosis and/or repair.

We need someone to go under our house and fix the air con duct which a possum has broken. We have got rid of the possum but need the hole fixed in the silver ducting. Tight space under the house but accessible

We’re having issues with our Daikin split system air conditioner. It won’t run, and comes up with a ‘UO’ error code, which I believe is due to low refrigerant. Looking to have this repaired

there is water leaking from the ceiling when the A/C is turned on. Suspecting blockage from condensate pipe to clear. Issue in an apartment in parramatta. Available before 9am or after 4:30pm weekdays.

I have a video of the issue available. Air con starts up fine, blows out lukewarm air regardless of temperature set - neither cooling nor heat works. First evidence of the issue started when water leaked down the wall from the unit.

Our ducted air conditioner isn’t working properly. It doesn’t really cool or warm the house.

No air comes out of the vents of the AC, regardless of the mode or fan setting selected. Please inspect and repair the issue
