Looking for handyman or electrician to replace my smoke alarm connected on ceiling Location blacktown

Hi We aneed 2 electronic smoke alarms replaced and certified. Need to be licences Electritian.

We have a smoke alarm “chirping” on a 3m ceiling. It needs to be removed (no tools required), cleaned and put back. We can do the cleaning (which only takes 2-3 minutes) but we need someone with a big enough ladder to remove the smoke detector and to put it back.

House has a Kidde i12010S smoke alarm installed which is defective and chirping. Task is to source an entirely new Kidde i12010S or a compatible model (for which I will reimburse cost) and install the replacement. Budget is for labour only. Will separately reimburse cost of replacement smoke alarm when known.


We need help with the following two items at a property: Replace Lock – The upstairs bedroom door is not locking and will need a lock replacement. Please supply and install a suitable lock (or advise us if one needs to be purchased separately). Install Smoke Alarm – Please purchase and install a working smoke alarm (we will reimburse the cost of the alarm with a receipt provided). Requirements: Must bring tools for both tasks Experience with basic handyman tasks Ability to provide a receipt for the smoke alarm purchase

looking for someone can look after a smoke alarm, have replaced the battery, but keeps on beeping. It is hardwired to the wall and you need a stepladder to get to. Anyone to know would be good.

I would like to combine couple of jobs. I have underground parking (2.2m clearance) with elevator access, and will be available any day of the week that suits you. Main job: *Measure and advise of the appropriate plastic tub storage racks for install in a garage storage cage. After you advise, I will purchase everything required to install the storage racks (except for tools that you will supply). *Measure and advise of the appropriate tarp for coverage the front of the garage storage cage. Garage storage cage measurements: 100 cm depth 230 cm length 210 cm height (approximately, will need to measure due to pipe running across garage roof, see photo) Also will need to consider rock foundation that runs across back of storage cage, see photo. Second job: Install two towel rails into bathroom tiled wall, to line up with two existing towel rails that are already affixed. This job could be completed when the storage cage measurements are being taken. Third job: Reaffix smoke alarm to ceiling. This job could be completed when the storage cage measurements are taken. Supply and install two battery operated smoke alarm on ceiling in Penshurst.

I would like to install my smoke alarm as the current alarm is constantly beeping. I changed the battery twice, but after a couple of days it starts beeping again. I have ordered a new smoke alarm, I just need the installation.
