We need help fixing a few small maintenance issues at one of our Airbnb apartments: • The exhaust fan knobs and light are not working and need checking/repair. • The dishwasher knobs are missing and need replacement. Access can be arranged through our guest or via lockbox depending on timing. Photos of exhaust and dishwasher attached.

Originally the cabinetry was built for a freestanding oven. But I had an issue with the oven and ended up swapping to a cooktop and seperate oven. A carcass has been built for the oven to sit in but I need the gaps finished off. It’s the gap at the top, kicker at the bottom and the sides. I have the materials left over from the original cabinet maker. If I don’t have enough there is additional panels in the fridge area which might need to removed to use. The cabinetry I have isn’t available anymore.

Looking for someone skilled in deep cleaning to thoroughly clean our front loader washing machine, including mold treatment and removal on the rubber ring in the door, and cleaning of the drain pump filter.

I just moved house, and when re-connecting my machine to the taps at the new place, there is a leak at the wall tap. I'm looking for someone to help me install it correctly so the tap doesn't leak. It's a Bosch (photos attached)

We have an Asko brand dishwasher (quite a few years old, not sure exactly how old but more than 5) Lately its performance is very poor, despite numerous filter cleans and using dishwasher cleaner etc. Think it's time for a service!
