There are leaks coming through the ceiling in the bathroom. It could potentially be coming from a blockage in the upstairs balcony. There’s a planter box there where the builder didn’t put a drainage hole. I’m wondering if the build up is coming through there somehow. I’d like both the ceiling leaks and drainage in the planter box to be resolved please.

* Replace an old Bellini BOT608X-F oven with a Miele Steam Oven ( DGC 7250). Model requires 16A. The plug is in place. I have attached a picture of the Switchboard. * Install an outdoor double plug on the brick wall for the hot water system. There is a plug indoor close to the unit.

We have an Asko brand dishwasher (quite a few years old, not sure exactly how old but more than 5) Lately its performance is very poor, despite numerous filter cleans and using dishwasher cleaner etc. Think it's time for a service!
