The washing machine is in our bathroom with a dryer on top, the dryer will need to be moved and the old washing machine out. The new washing machine will then go in and be installed and the dryer will be put back as well

I have a Kogan 8kg dryer that isn’t working properly. It starts and spins normally for a few minutes but makes a weird/abnormal noise. After that, it stops running completely. Not sure if it’s an overheating issue, belt, motor, or something else. Clear filter message has appeared. Fisher and Paykel - 12kg machine. I have drained hose and cleaned filter. New cycle will begin and then the same message appears.

Replace Andi oven element (already own a replacement oven element). Existing old element seems to be screwed in from the rear or a fitted oven in a built in cabinet. Potentially need help to remove oven from cabinet to unscrew the old element.
