Unsure of $$. I would like to replace the exhaust fan in or filter in window as is really gross. I just moved into this apartment. The other issue is that the current stove fan releases its contents to the wall above - when I arrived there was oil everywhee on the wall above the cupboards/stoveI’m not sure if there is a way to catch this and/or an alternate solution. Washing machine seal around door needs replacing - Due date: Flexible

I have some white overhead cupboards that need to be cut down in height to enable a new rangehood be installed - this needs to be modified to a compliant height about the cooktop below it. Currently the rangehood is sitting 585mm above the cooktop trivets and it needs to be a min. 650mm. To clarify the scope - I think it needs to include for the following: Visit the property in North Carlton - check measure. Remove the existing rangehood. Remove the existing cupboard doors, trim them down in height to suit, re-edge and finish the cupboard doors. Maybe needs an adjustment to the handle location - ready for re-fit. Buy the new rangehood (Westinghouse WRR604SB - RRP $249), install to the compliant height requirement of min. 650mm above the cook top trivets. Connect rangehood back into the existing duct. Fill and finish any new gaps or unsightly / raw edges between splashback, the side cabinets, and the new height of the rangehood with a neat painted / finished trims - so it all looks good and meant to be. Allow for any sundries such screws and caps. Test to be sure in working order. Discard old rangehood, remove all waste, and clean up. Provide copy of the receipt of purchase of the rangehood - just for warranty purposes.

Our washing machine has been leaking every time we use it, even if it is just on a spin setting. I am not sure where the leak is coming from, I think probably from the hot water pipe at the back? It seems like it would be an easy fix. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 27 June 2023
