Needing a plumber to install a drainage pipe to connect to a commercial coffee machine drain pipe to current drainage approx 7m in length to reach under cabinet (there is easy access and space for it).

Installation in commercial property 1 x stainless steel sink (the right of the hot water tank) 2 x dishwashers & 1 x front loader side by side (to the left of the hot water tank. Waste Pipe (toilet ) is on the far left. Needing done asap. I have the sink and tap ready to go Please quote for labour including materials.

Gas cooktop on freestanding unit to be decommissioned by licensed plumber for removal. Oven is electric.

Our dishwasher is holding water, including in the drain pipe. I’ve cleaned the filter, checked the pump isn’t blocked and run a clean cycle but no luck. I’m assuming the drain pipe must be obstructed. Looking for a plumber or experienced handyman to fix. Remove gas wall heater and chimney. Disconnect electrics and remove panel. Cap gas line (external) and remove line that runs over flat roof. Make good - internal plaster and roofing.

Have a 900 wide gas oven that is being replaced. Need a licensed gas plumber to disconnect the existing oven. Work needs to be completed in the afternoon of 30/6 or first thing 1/7

Clean filters on air conditioner unit and ceiling vent above washer/dryer

our LG wash-dry combo machine isn’t drying clothes. the washer works fine but the dryer just doesn’t do anything. we’ve already cleaned the lint filter and drained the residual water from the bottom compartment, but the dryer still won’t function.

Fisher and Paykel dishwasher is not draining. Filters have been cleaned and confirmed no blockage in pipes so issue likely in the pump (potentially something blocking the pump propeller)

Samsung washing machine repair needed

I have a Simpson clothes dryer that has started emitting a burning smell when in operation. The lint filter has been cleaned so I'm unsure what the problem is. Once repaired, the dryer needs to be mounted to the tiled wall above my top-loading washing machine. I have the correct mounting kit, but need wall fixings.

I have a new oven that will need a 15A plug fitted There is a dedicated cable running in the wall from the switchboard that hasn’t been installed (will need to be fitted into switchboard) And a 15a gpo installed at other end. Summary Oven fitted with a plug GPO connected & installed in wall Switch installed and connected in switchboard Must be licensed to certificate work done ✅ Have own tools 🧰 There is no chasing to be done as cable is already in wall and new cabinetry has not been installed so no need to move around things.
