First time double stacking washer & dry. Washer runs fine for 10 minutes then begins to shake and sound like a V8 Car.. Have read this may be due to not being level? My Brivis ducted heater is not working. The heater cannot be turned on from the controller for some reason. There is no error message on the controller. It looks as if the cable between the controller and the unit may be faulty or the controller itself.
