Trim the bottom of the front door to my apartment by about 8mm so I can lay new flooring. Requires the door to be removed from hinges, trimmed from the bottom, and rehung. This is a timber only fire rated door( has no metal skin)

Balcony flyscreen sliding door is stuck with the opener even not locked. It needs servicing, cleaning the rollers and rails in order to be operating smoothly. Sliding door may not be level which needs adjustments. Mesh may need to be replaced too if it has holes.

Looking for someone experienced to help install small rectangular fly screens on my glass sliding doors. For clarity, there are three sections in total. Two are attached to the glass sliding doors, and one is a separate window. Each section has a sliding glass panel that lifts up, but none of them stay up and all fall back down. I’d like these fixed so they hold properly. There’s already a designated rectangular section in each where the screens should go, so it should be a matter of measuring, supplying, and installing the correct fit. I’d also like a small cat flap installed into the glass sliding door itself, so experience with glass or door modifications for pet doors would be ideal. Scope includes: • Measure and confirm sizing • Supply and install 3x fly screens • Fix sliding window sections so they stay open • Install cat flap into glass sliding doors • Ensure everything is secure and functioning properly Open to quotes and recommendations. Looking for someone to replace the mesh behind a security screen door (see photo). The mesh has some tears and wear, and I’d like it fully replaced. The metal grille is intact — just the mesh behind it needs removing and reinstalling.
