It seems like during an attempt to open manually and a cable on one side came off the groove for one winding, causing misalignment in the garage. I'm concerned about using the motor to pull it up, as it might damage the track or the rollers. I need to fix this.

Sit/Stand desk to be connected - Was using it in another office, want to set it up in my home office. -Mostly connected, easy to put together.
