Wardrobe door needs adjusting and fixing Hang a small white cupboard above toilet in bathroom to plaster wall

Got some door peeling at the bottom. Wasnt painted underneath, so moisture has acumulater. The job is to repaie and patch paint and I suppose remove and also paint the the bottom so it doesnt happen again

We would like the internal door handles and locking mechanisms replaced on seven internal doors. We will supply the new handles, which we have just bought from Bunnings. It looks to me like the current door handles are an older style with a smaller hole, so I think a wider hole will need to be cut out.

Need 3 signs removed from outside of building. The highest point is approx 4.2 metres from the ground so it's quite high up. 2 smaller, 1 larger. The larger one appears to have wiring that would need to be cut to remove it as well as whatever is holding it in place plus the removal of the bamboo stick you can see in the image. Additionally, for the 2 smaller signs there is a slight down hill slope on the pavement which is something that would need to be factored in for your safety and stability when removing the signs. I moved into a new apartment (rental) and there is a shared balcony between the 2 bedrooms. Ceiling damage above window where a bracket was previously installed (see photos). Includes a horizontal crack along the plasterboard edge and small fixing holes. Bracket has been removed — cosmetic ceiling repair only. Task includes: • Secure plasterboard if required • Patch crack and damaged edge (tape and base coat) • Fill old fixing holes • Sand smooth • Prime repaired area • Repaint ceiling area above and around the window so it blends properly (not spot touch-up only, but not entire ceiling) No water damage.
