The garage door is an automatic electric garage door operated by remote control. The door is not functioning correctly, it stops partway during the closing cycle and automatically reverses back to the open position. The task is to inspect and diagnose the issue and carry out the required repairs. Any required parts or components will be paid separately by me. Please only make an offer if you have experience with electric automatic garage doors and hold a relevant licence.

I need the lock in the centre of the garage replaced with two keys. I also have a floor lock. I have installed a lock but don't have a working bolt. The bolt I have is designed as a screw but need a small notch put into it to work in the lock. If you can do that it would be great.
