Looking for a cheap and easy way to fix a broken door step - open to suggestions.

A swing door needs its hinges replaced as it’s coming away and rubbing again the door frame

We have a swing door separating the kitchen to the front but the hinges need to be looked at and replace as it’s out of line and the door knocks onto the outer frame.

Windows leak when heavy rain hits against it. Need to seal around the window on outside. It’s on second floor

New Blinds to be hanged. A door handles is broken, need to replace it with new one.

Garage roller door requires the following to be fixed please: 1) When the door closes, it touches the ground, then re-opens. Please see photo attached of the motor (Merlin Prolift 430R). There does not appear to be buttons on the motor to adjust the door. 2) Loud squeaking sounds as the door travels on the rails. Please eliminate these sounds. Door travels ok but there is "bump" in the rails where it stutters but then continues moving. 3) Squeaking coming from the top of the roller door. Sounds like springs or something similar. One door lever stopped working which resulted in the door forced open with damage and needs replaced. - Replace 1x internal door with something such as: https://www.bunnings.com.au/hume-2040-x-820-x-35mm-internal-door-oak-oakfield-hc2_p1972989 To save potential problems in future, all the door knobs in the unit will be replaced. - Replace 6 internal door levers with 6x lever privacy door knobs such as: https://www.bunnings.com.au/ikonic-brushed-nickel-isabella-lever-privacy-set_p0200005 You will need to supply these items from bunnings and the cost of these items will be reimbursed to you.

Need a bedroom door hanged have the door you just need to provide tools (handle cutter, lock cutter) - Due date: Flexible

Glass shower screen - door panel came off in one shower and loose in second shower. Aluminum rails and insulation rubber loosened over time and door came off. All rails, hinges etc present and can be repaired with brackets and know how. Glass intact. Second shower glass door loosened but I repaired it badly with brackets - needs to be done nicely. - Due date: Flexible
