Hello We had an external door installed and need the framing to be finalised both internal and external.

Experienced handyman/carpenter to complete finishing work in a recently renovated bathroom and separate toilet in Elwood. Please review the attached photos and marked-up image before quoting. Work required: • Patch and paint the damaged wall above the bath tiles and smaller areas around the tile edges, window and door frame. Matching paint is on site. • Neatly silicone the bath-to-tile junction and other unfinished bathroom and toilet junctions shown in the photos, using suitable bathroom silicone. • Install a towel rail. We’ll confirm its position on site. • Rehang and adjust the existing bathroom door so it opens, closes and latches properly. Please include filler, silicone, fixings, tools and any return visit needed for the paintwork in your offer. Let us know your availability and whether you have experience with bathroom sealing and door hanging.

I need 4 x down lights replaced. Also need the pantry door re-attached to wall as it has come off the hinges.

Lightly sand and fill cracks around edge. Paint over and general tidy up.
