Please bear in mind they are approx 240cm Long so perhaps you would need to take them down the stairs from 7th floor as the lifts are a bit smaller. Plan bottom off about 1/2 inch off a living room door

Our internal door latch has broken and needs to be refitted correctly. We have a new latch and the installation guide, but after attempting to reinstall it ourselves, the latch mechanism won’t click into place or operate properly. We’re looking for someone experienced with door hardware who can: * Reassemble/refit the tubular latch correctly. * Ensure the latch retracts and springs back properly. * Reinstall and align the door hardware so the door closes and latches as it should.

Hi all. I have always had issues with the windows in the flat, them being stuck when I moved in, mold, paint falling off etc. Now I would like to tackle the living room windows situation. They have not been opened for a few years (Don't ask) in the meantime the maintenance company also done painting from the outside so I believe they will be even more stuck as they would be already. Could someone have a look at them, so I am able to open them again please but carefully to not damage anything? In addition I would also like the windowsill and frame re-painted in white from inside. I had this done previously but it is coming off again. Please note that the window handles to open don't need to be replaced. Please offer total price for task plus painting/tool cost.

Door handle in bathroom wasn’t installed properly so the handles are loose on both sides and come out whenever pulled on.
