The wood frame behind my bedroom door hinge has splintered/stripped, and I can't get the screws to stay in. Need someone experienced to repair the wood and re-mount the door.

My suspended glass bathroom door has slipped down in it's bracket on one side. I need someone with experience to reset it. As the photos show there is only a small access space. This glass cannot be reset by tightening the nuts at top - I have already tried this.
