3rd floor flat kitchen window wont close fully. It appears locking system is broken, not allowing window to full close. Also the part which the key inserts has come loose

The glass doors of this wardrobe(in pictures) come off railings on which they stay and move sideways. It's all about permanently fix the issue by checking if railing or door is broken.

One window lock is stiff and I can not shut properly. It is only over 2 years old double glazed idealcombi. When I follow the instructions to lift up the handle, it doesn't go up to 12 o'clock position so I can't shut it tight. Hope someone nearby could pop around and help.

In my property the bathroom door, bottom hinge pin apparently slips out regularly according to my tenant. From the photo they sent it ooks like it’s lost its head. Consequently the door is now also catching on the floor and wearing the linoleum, whereas before this didn’t happen. I need two new hinge pins, as the upper one is also without a head, but more secure. If the door is still scrapping on the floor I suspect if you use hinge washer/s to lift the height of the door a wee bit - that should do the job rather than having to rehang the entire door. So should be a quick and simple job. I have photos of the issue, as well as 2 videos I could WhatsApp whoever does the job - so you should know prior to coming if what I suggest will do the trick. Tenants are reliable and will sort out a parking permit for you.

Stiff pocket door may have loose hinges or faulty track, it will close and open but it needs to be lifted and slid. It was installed circa 2007

I need a handy man for 2 small jobs today: 1. To install a new lock on a bedroom door. I’ve tried myself however I can’t seem to get the lock and door handle to line up enough for the spindle to fit through (out by only a couple of millimetres). It may need additional carving in the slot on the side of the door to help it line up properly. The old lock has already been removed and I’ve bought the new one (see picture). 2. The sliding doors for one of the cupboards has come off its rail slightly (see picture) and is difficult to slide open and close as a result. If you could have a look and try to fix the doors back onto the rails so they move smoothly.
