We are looking for someone to provide us with an internal door and fit the door

We’ve recently moved into a flat and have two small repairs that need looking at: • Bedroom door is difficult to lock — the lock works, but the door seems to need to be pushed/pulled into the right position for it to lock, so it may just need adjusting/alignment. • One window won’t close properly and needs investigating/adjusting. Looking for someone experienced with door/window repairs who can diagnose and hopefully fix both in one visit. Budget is for labour and minor adjustments. Happy to pay separately for any replacement parts if required and agreed beforehand.

Our boiler overflowed and has caused the wooden floors to warp in our tenants property. The wooden floor needs to be replaced in the near future but immediate issue is that the tenants can't open and close the main door (a fire door) and 2 internal doors to the boiler and the bathroom properly. I would like someone to sand the 3 doors down (not in the property) so they can open and close easily. (bonus - price to replace wooden flooring)

I just need someone to: * Fit and recess the hinges into the door and frame. * Hang the door so it is straight, flush and operates smoothly with even gaps. * Fit a pull handle to the door (pull handle only – no latch or lock mechanism). The frame is already in place, and the door is ready to be hung. I’ve attached a photo of the opening. I would like to install a sliding door, we already have the door and the sliding system. The sliding system has a length of 200 cm and will need to be cut down to 170 due to downsizing the fitting system will need some extra new holes in it. The system has a covering that will also need to be cuted down.The door will need a gliding channel at the bottom so that will need to be cut down in the door.
