One door got stuck so had to take it off to access clothes

Need to replace an interior door with a new door with a higher safety rating in my tenanted apartment. I have bought the new door and have had it delivered but need someone to go to the flat and hang it and remove/dispose of the old door.

The terrace window need to be resealed with silicone as it's leaking some water. It is a small work

I'll need a door installed, but it's too big for the frame. So, the person installing it will also have to trim the door to fit properly, and install the locks and handle.

There is a panel which needs to be cut to be attached to the top of the wardrobe to then attach the top track for the sliding doors. Need someone to drill a hole into the wall for a wired Arlo camera & doorbell connection. Currently am using charging leads via a window .
