We have an opening into a bedroom and we need someone to install a door and door frame so we can shut the room off. There is an opening but we need to create the right exact frame within the current frame to install a door we have already. We have a door we can use. The top of the door will need levelling a little as it’s a little slanted as we’re taking it second hand.

My wooden window (new build, 2nd floor, accessible with a ladder if outside inspection is needed) wasn’t sealed properly and it has started leaking when it rains heavily. Some of my neighbours have had similar issues, which the developer tried to sort by applying some glue from the outside, but it doesn’t seem to be enough.
