Install wooden fire door for kitchen fitting to include installing concealed self closing door enclosure, routed door intumescent fire strip, making any adjustments required to door stop/keep, trimming and adjusting of door leaf as required, hanging door with 3 fire resistance hinges, installation of door handles and tubular mortice latch, make good framework where required with wood filler and paint door and frame work. Remove all rubbish (including old door), leave site clean and tidy. Current door measurements is: 196.5cm height x 76cm wide x 3cm thick.

Please note. Need a very skilled handyman. My doorframe has been damaged due to forcefully trying to push the chair into the door. Leather is delicate and has been damaged quite a bit due to this. The chair is extremely wide. Therefore the door will need to be taken off the hinges and the sofa will need to be shimmied through the door. THIS IS A 2 MAN JOB.

I have a damaged interlocking mechanism on my sliding patio door. One part is bent and is now stopping the door from properly closing. The damaged plate needs unscrewing and removing, but this would involve taking off the whole door first and putting back on. I assume this would need to be a two-man job.

It has something to do with the hooks. It requires quite a bit of force and pushing to get it open, so we’d like this inspected and repaired. 2. Ensuite Bathroom Pocket Door – The sliding pocket door has become difficult to operate and is currently being kept open temporarily as it can get stuck.
