Mirrored doble sliding door, doors stuck as on the bottom of one of the doors a bit of mirror has broken. Not sure what to do I am hoping that can be repaired.

My suspended glass bathroom door has slipped down in it's bracket on one side. I need someone with experience to reset it. As the photos show there is only a small access space. The 4 windows are relatively small, as marked on the photo. Budget is based on estimate that about £25 worth of silicon is required for the job + £150 labour.

In my property the bathroom door, bottom hinge pin apparently slips out regularly according to my tenant. From the photo they sent it ooks like it’s lost its head. Consequently the door is now also catching on the floor and wearing the linoleum, whereas before this didn’t happen. I need two new hinge pins, as the upper one is also without a head, but more secure. If the door is still scrapping on the floor I suspect if you use hinge washer/s to lift the height of the door a wee bit - that should do the job rather than having to rehang the entire door. So should be a quick and simple job. I have photos of the issue, as well as 2 videos I could WhatsApp whoever does the job - so you should know prior to coming if what I suggest will do the trick. Tenants are reliable and will sort out a parking permit for you.

Stiff pocket door may have loose hinges or faulty track, it will close and open but it needs to be lifted and slid. It was installed circa 2007

Ikea wardrobe door has fallen off it's tracks and we are unable to reattach it. Not as simple as it may seem but needs to be fixed.
