Last night my washing machine was over heating and became very hot, the fire brigade came and checked it out but was only able to unplug and avoid a fire from starting but could not diagnose the issue I am wondering if anyone is able to come and have a look and figure out what is wrong and wether it can be fixed or if I need to purchase a new one

Hi there, I need someone to install a new washing machine (it’s already at home) and take away the old one for disposal. The setup is straightforward, but there is a space issue with the valves, as shown in the photo. The old machine's hose is connected to the back valve (blue), but the plastic nut can't be unscrewed because it hits the metal blanking cap on the front valve (red). The cap needs to be taken off with a spanner to make space, then the old hose disconnected, the new one fitted, and the cap put back on. Once installed, I would need you to take away the old washing machine for disposal. Is this something you can help with? Thank you! Juan.

Hello there, I am looking for someone to help repair or open a washing machine today with a broken door handle/lock. It doesn’t click anymore and it’s loose. It cannot be opened at all, and there are still clothes trapped inside. The machine itself appears to be working, but the handle or locking mechanism seems broken.

Washing machine is jumping around - we suspect it was installed incorrectly (the machine was 'professionally' installed by Marks Electricals). We suspect that either the shock absorbing mat is not right, or the machine was not levelled properly, or shipping bolts were left in a new machine. Need help figuring out the reason and fixing it. We will provide photos and further details. If you think some specialised padding is needed please direct us and we can buy it before the date of your visit. As you can see from the photos, the WM has moved out from under the kitchen counter quite a lot and the legs are now hanging over the shock absorbing mat. We don't know if it was like that initially or happened over time. Budget negotiable.
