I would like the bathroom ceiling and one wall painted with anti mould white paint. The room is approximately 12 by 15 feet.

A small hall needs the walls painted, there is some flaking of the old paint but isn’t because of internal damp. Painting ceiling of small bathroom, again some flaking of old paint.

Our house has sliding doors. In the pockets where the doors go, there are noticeable gaps in the flooring. I would like someone to fill those gaps. I think it will require some careful thinking as to how to fill the gaps given the thin space. I don’t want expandable foam because mice eat through that. Thanks so much

I have hired an HSS drum sander and edging sander - I’ve sanded one room but need to work next week so need someone else to sand the remaining 2 bedrooms and hallway. The third bedroom I’ve sanded probably needs another sand around the edges to finish off. Sanding discs/paper supplied. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 18 October 2023
