I want a sink installed and it involves connecting to a new location

Under our kitchen sink, the plastic piping is leaking due to a blockage and needs replacing. Plus, we want to add a thermostatic valve to our hallway radiator. Bonus, we need an official electric test on the entire flat by a certified electrician.

We have a toilet we are doing up and need someone who knows what they are doing to come and fit the facets in the sinks. We have a kitchen upstairs that needs a new cabinet, sink and facet and so we are going to need someone to put together the cabinet, put the sink basin in and install the facet. While also removing the old cabinet and facet. They need to understand plumbing and know how to turn off the water to do the job properly.

Removal and install of ceramic sink in wooden countertop and connection to existing plumbing. May need a prior visit to advise on size required to order. No requirement to dispose of old sink.

Old sink is 40 years old and broken, rusty. Leaking. Needs to be removed and replaced with new sink. All pipes need to be connected properly with copper piping where necessary. Plumber should have necessary certificate to show training and competence.
