Cracks at the front of the house in need of repair.

Hi, I’m looking for a localised render repair on my property in Whyteleafe. I have a few cracks in the exterior cement render, and water is coming in around the window sills when it rains. I do NOT need the whole wall or house re-rendered — just targeted repairs. Could you please provide a quote for: 1. Raking out and repairing cracks in the existing cement render using a flexible exterior filler or polymer-modified repair mortar. 2. Re-sealing around the affected window frames/sills with a high-quality exterior MS-polymer sealant. 3. Spot-painting the repaired areas only to match the existing finish. 4. I have a terrace wall that needs silicon rendering. The wall is 5.8 meters long by 1.5 meters high at its max height. There is also a small wall area which is 0.45 meter high and 2.5 meter long

Need plasterer to have off, render and re plaster walls

We are buying wooden Scandinavian panels to stick on the walls of our stairwelll. We will need them cut and applied to fit accordingly We also need a front porch door replacement and rendering on the cracks in the front of our house.

I have had a set of steps moved and where they were up against the house some rendering needs replacing and painting. Also had a new flat roof put on the garage and some of the renting there is cracking and falling away so needs replacing. Also have a small area of outside paint work that needs some waterproof paint putting over it.

There are some broken bits of render at the bottom of the extended kitchen. We need these patches up so that the winter rain doesn’t get inside and cause problems

Front door needs tendering around the frame

There is cracking and a few missing bits of render along the base of the side wall of our old house. I would like it patched up and also the crack in corner of the path filled. Many thanks.

Render fell weeks after a car collided into that wall. Repairs to wall, window etc before the collapse.
