Find an experienced local plumber in Putney

2 Bathroom taps are slightly leaking and I think it's the cartridges that need changing after 6 years. I don't have the replacement cartridges but should be cheap to buy. I also have the plug not working properly and being inconsistent. This is what I found online about the Tap Tap Vado Notion Mixer NO T-1 0 9 FS /A- C /P ceramic cartridge CAR-K35B

I need a leak detection service to confirm where a leak is coming from causing dampness and paint peeling. I believe it's from a pipe under the radiator. The damp patches have dried out now, but I need to find the exact root of this and repair whatever is the cause.

The temperature shower cartridge (bottom) needs to be replaced - I have the part. Also, can you try and stop the off/shower/bath cartridge leaking? I can't find a replacement cartridge.

We have a shower wet room that when used is leaking water into the downstair's neighbours living room. We had someone do the grouting but after further inspection it was not done properly and needs to be re-done so water does not leak into the neighbour's apartment.

The waste water pipe is loose against the shower tray drain hole and water has been leaking from the edges when the drain trap becomes full.

There appears to be a leak from outside my bathroom - with the leak showing stains on the bathroom ceiling. I had the roof repaired 2 years ago, and it seems that some of the roofing felt might not have been properly installed and therefore when it rains heavily some of the moisture is leaking into the house/bathroom.
