Hi, I need a qualified plumber to check a bathroom towel radiator that’s not heating. • The radiator and both valves are brand new and installed correctly. • Flow pipe gets slightly warm, but return pipe stays stone cold. • I’ve already: • Bled the radiator (steady water comes out). • Opened both valves fully. • Tested by closing every other radiator in the house and leaving only the bathroom one open. • When I do that, the boiler starts then shuts off, which means no circulation through that radiator. This suggests: • An airlock or blockage in the return pipe to the bathroom, or • A closed / capped pipe under the floor from a previous installation. I just need someone to: 1. Check for flow on both sides (open valve unions to confirm water pressure). 2. Clear the airlock or blockage and restore circulation to the towel radiator. 3. Make sure the radiator heats normally once the system is running. The rest of the system and boiler are working perfectly — only this radiator loop is dead.

I don’t have the tools to switch my rainfall shower head. I have the new one and some plumbing tape ready.

Its a 2007 lexus rx400h. Gas escapes immediately.

We have a shower wet room that when used is leaking water into the downstair's neighbours living room. We had someone do the grouting but after further inspection it was not done properly and needs to be re-done so water does not leak into the neighbour's apartment.

The waste water pipe is loose against the shower tray drain hole and water has been leaking from the edges when the drain trap becomes full.

There appears to be a leak from outside my bathroom - with the leak showing stains on the bathroom ceiling. I could use some help identifying the source of the leak, fixing the leak and repairing the ceiling. I had the roof repaired 2 years ago, and it seems that some of the roofing felt might not have been properly installed and therefore when it rains heavily some of the moisture is leaking into the house/bathroom.

I need the old bolt removed from the toilet bowl before installing the new toilet seat. Currently the bolt is just rotating whenever I try to unscrew the nut. It is not threaded but I only have one spanner so I can't hold it in place to unscrew it.

Valiant boiler is showing low pressure and F22 error message. We can only get hot water by trying to reignite several times, but then it will go back to being low pressure

The kitchen sink and en suite sink are both blocked and not draining.

Shower pressure is currently low and takes a while for the hot water to activate. I have been told this is due to the cartridge needing to be replaced. It is a Hansgrohe showerselect 2 button shower. I have ordered a new cartridge and i am looking for help to fix this to resolve the issue.
