Find an experienced local plumber in Paddington

I am looking for a plumber for 3 jobs: 1) I suspect my washing machine drain has disconnected and is draining the water onto my floor. I need this to be fixed. As I have underfloor heating, it would be a major task to raise the floor, so someone with cctv equipment or similar is preferred. The pipe joint in question is less than a meter away from the place it enters the floor (so the survey equipment doesn’t need to be too long). 2) A wobbly tap needs to be fixed and a water filter attached to it, 3) Valliant Gas boiler annual service and gas certificate is required. If you aren’t a qualified plumber but competent in tasks 1 and 2, I’m happy to find someone else for 3.

Hi, I am looking for a WaterSafe registered plumber to carry out the following work. I have advertised a fee for an initial inspection, after which you can provide a quote for the full job. Please see the two attached photos for further details. The bathroom is now fully fitted; however, the cold water supply feeding the bathroom tap, shower, and toilet cistern is no longer working. The hot water supply is still functioning, as it is fed separately by the boiler. In the second photo, you can see the pipes in question. They are located behind the wooden frame — the two white pipes on the left-hand side. Currently, the front pipe has no water flow. I need this pipe to be reconnected to the mains water supply, which runs from the pipe behind it. As the bathroom has already been fully installed, access to the pipework will need to be from underneath the bathtub. Could you please confirm whether this is something you would be able to undertake? If so, please get in touch so we can arrange the initial inspection. Many thanks.

l've got a 4-in-1 kitchen tap that's sprung a leak or a seal has gone in the tap or one of the 4 pipes into it. The leak is coming from the tap itself, or the pipes going into it - not the filter cartridges or the water boiler.
