I have to the replacement tap which is the same size as the original (bath hole distance)

I want to install 2 toilet sprays, for which i have all the supplies required. I have identified the water supply for where the hoses will be connected. For this we need a bathroom tile under the sink to be removed, a hole cut through it for the pipe to come out, and then reinstalled.

I’m having issues with my kitchen sink plumbing: * The sink is draining very slowly * When the dishwasher runs, water backs up into the sink * The pipe connections under the sink are also leaking, despite being unscrewed and re-tightened multiple times. Just looking for someone that can clear any blockages and fix the leaking joints

Hot water dial is a bit broken but even before that the hot water wasn’t getting hot. Other taps in the property are fine

We need tile cut under our sink so we attach a jet hose to the existing sink pipes. We have all the fittings with us, we need help with removing, cutting, and resealing the tiles for 2 bathroom

I’m looking for a plumber to fix a slow drip from the main water stopcock in a flat. The job would be to: • replace the existing stopcock with a modern quarter-turn valve (or similar), and • make sure the valve doesn’t drip after the repair, including after normal use. This is a routine job, not urgent, and the stopcock is accessible in a cupboard next to the hot water cylinder. Please provide a fixed-price quote, including labour and parts.

The outside tap is leaking and needs replacing. I have bought one to replace it with. I also have a tap in the bathroom that is leaking from the pipe below - possibly needs a new washer?

The water pressire in our shower is not hot and needs adjusting.

Need to fix a water softener, fix a kitchen cabinet and worktop. Need to cut the worktop to the size. And install tap in back garden and front of property.

My boiler is showing the below, with the radiator symbol flashing. It asks to be reset which I do but then goes back to that. Hot water is working fine but not heating. I need someone to look at it.

Our top floor shower is burning hot, and we can't change the temperature. I've been advised its the thermostatic valve that needs fixing, and that £100 is a fair price for the callout and fixing job. I've already posted this task here once. The guy fixed it but just temporarily - looking for a permanent solution this time.
