Last part of 2x2m en suite bathroom refurbishment , shower screen needs installing and sealant and silicone all round . Nearly a full day’s work.

1. Sort out front door , and replace lug from key chain. 2. Supply and install new downlighting bulbs in the kitchen area ( cool white) / change remaining two lights to new lights of choice. Re-seal around the sink and hob and ceiling vent. Fill the holes in the kitchen wall and paint that section of wall in the colour to suit. Caulk the skirting where required and reseal around the window sill. Small bedroom. -------------------------- 1. Caulk around the window sill , repair damage and paint in colour to suit. Master bedroom --------------------------- 2. Repair small area of wall and paint in colour to suit. 3.Ensuite:- reseal around shower area . Second bedroom. ----------------------‐------ 1. Ensuite:- re-seal around bath and bath panel, tidy down edge of the bath. Regrout floor tiles to finish. Supply and fit new downlighting bulbs to cool white .
