The central piece of wood and piece of wood supporting the bed slats on the right hand side are broken. These pieces of wood need to be replaced and screwed back in.

It is a Reid bike, standard push bike. The tyres, pedals and handlebars need to be fixed and assembled in the right place. I have tools to put it together, the screws that came with the bike have been lost.

The source of the leak has been fixed, and the area is currently being dried with a dehumidifier. The work required is as follows: Ceiling repairs: Localised plaster damage to the ceiling below the leak. Likely needs patching, making good, and repainting (not a full ceiling replacement). Floorboards: A small number of cut access holes in the floorboards where investigations were carried out. These need to be properly infilled/repaired so the floor is structurally sound before the carpet is refitted. Carpet: The carpet has been lifted due to water damage. We either need help refitting the existing carpet (if suitable once fully dry) or advice/assistance with replacing a small section if required. Bathroom skirting and side panel: The side panel of the bath was removed during leak investigation and needs refitting/resecuring and some skirting repairs would need to be done. Wardrobe/closet: Dismantling and disposal of damaged large IKEA closet
