I run a small HMO in Shepherd’s Bush. The job is to put down five thresholds to reduce the gap between five certified fire doors and the flooring: - x 1 hardwood threshold (bedsit 1): reduce the gap to 3mm (By cutting back tiles to make way) - x 1 metal threshold (bedsit 2): reduce the gap to 3mm (By screwing into carpet) - x 1 metal threshold (kitchen): reduce the gap to around 5mm (By screwing into tiles) - x 2 hardwood thresholds (bedsits 3 & 4): reduce the gap to 3mm (By replacing the existing metallic thresholds) I’d also like you to find a solution for a certified fire door (bedsit 2) that isn’t self-closing fully into its frame (my guess is the tiles have been placed too near to the door and are causing a slight impediment. So the tiles might need trimming back by a couple of millimetres). Please note: - My budget includes both labour and materials. I will supply the x2 metal thresholds (40mm x 4.9mm). So the only materials needed are the x3 hardwood thresholds - In order to maintain the integrity of the certified fire doors, the hardwood thresholds should meet the following criteria: 1. Hardwood of minimum density 640kg/m3 (excluding Ash, Beech & Iroko) 2. Minimum dimensions 77mm wide by 14mm high 3. Plain (unrebated) profile only, with option for pencil round top corners

Finish paneling I started in living room. 80% finished. I have mitre saw, wood, filler, caulk gun, just need the job finished today. All lines pre-drawn and I have a laser too and I’m happy to help glue whilst someone cuts to help speed of job Plus to lower a curtain rail and fill holes and lower heavy mounted mirror and fill holes which are both on brick walls I have ladders and happy to help where needed

Hello, We’re looking for someone to install wallpaper in our kitchen. The wall is currently in good condition (painted white), though it may need some light preparation. There are also two small wall light fixtures that would need to be removed before installation (I can provide photos if needed). The fan stopped working because water from the upstairs bathroom leak got inside it. The light still works, but the fan function is not operating properly. We also have a problem with a wall light switch.

I have a new handle but the hole on the door is too small so it need to be bigger for the door handle to fit. Also my door alignment needs to be sorted out as the door doesn’t latch anymore I have added what the hole looks like and what the handle looks like.

Curtain fitting for 3 separate rooms
