The string has snapped on a wooden Venetian blind and needs replacing - photo attached of identical blind (without snapped string)

I have a 2m wide manual awning that needs to be attached to the wall above an external door. It has 2 brackets that need a hammer drill to drill into the brick, then they are attached with bolts. Once the holes are drilled and the bolts tightened, it is simply slipped onto he brackets and 2 further bolts attached to secure it. This also needs a ladder. Ideally it's a 2 person job to lift the awning but one of us in the family can help.

One of our downpipes has come loose and needs to be reconnected.

We need two roller blinds taken down and replaced with two new Venetian blinds. 120 x 210mm.

We need someone to install basic cat netting on our balcony. The balcony is rather small (approx 1x1.5m). We have the net and hooks. This will include drilling into masonry. We cannot provide tools.

Melitta Avanza machine has stopped grinding beans- the grinder is turning but no coffee is going into the brewing unit. I took the cover off the grinding unit to see it better but can’t see what is wrong. A small amount of water was spilled into the beans hopper which may have caused something to clog below the grinder but I don’t have the tools to open it up.

Fix my draw string in blinds

blind manufacturer is Hunter Douglas in the US, supplier in UK being Thomas Sanderson. Blind mechanism is NOT roller blind but there is a mechanism which is operated by cord, which allows blind to be raised and lowered and for operating it as like wooden blinds so has option to allow light in or not.The mechanism has failed , so blind won't pull up having dropped down . not sure image will help

Our wooden bathroom door does not closed because the wood has warped slightly. We need someone to trim it and rehang it so we can close it with plenty of margin. We have already tried sanding down and using a waterproof varnish but this has not been effective enough.
