Find a professional local handyman in Blackheath

I have an ikea skadis pin board that I need help hanging on my wall. My boyfriend tried drilling holes in the wall to put screws to hang it and got one hole done but the other one the drill wont go through the wall so I really just need help drilling the other hole.

I have two windows that are not closing correctly and are in need of maintenance.

Three internal doors in the flat no longer close properly and will likely need adjusting and possibly trimming. I also have one internal door that currently swings inward which I would like changed to swing outward into the corridor. There is an existing door frame that currently holds the door and prevents it opening outward, so the frame may need to be adjusted or partially moved to allow this. In total, this is work on four internal doors.

Ring doorbell installation

We have 4 IKEA Pax units that we want to bolt into the wall. However, in order for these to fit, we need to (1) Remove, cut to size and put back 1 skirting board. (2) Detach and re-attach the washing machine. (3) Drill neat holes for wall plugs and wires into the cabinet. (4) Fix the cabinets to the wall.

For the last year the TV has shown a thick horizontal black bar, about 2cm wide, on the screen. I've tried all the things the forums tell you to do and the only option left is for someone to open it up and see if something internal has gone wrong.

My smeg kettle’s light won’t stay on so it’s not boiling water. I’m suspecting a thermal cut off in the base of it but I don’t know how to repair it myself.
