The house is a new build, around 5 years old, so generally in very good upkeep. Only limited cleaning supplies available, so please bring deep-cleaning products. A basic vacuum is available, as is a sturdy brush for outside spaces. No mop/bucket is available.

Have hedges that I would like to get trimmed. Preferably half in size(Pictures attached) including getting rid of trimmings. (I do not have the tools)

Cut hedges back and lower. Dispose of waste. Lay a concrete area. Fill in disused swimming pool and make it a concrete seating area instead.
