Looking for someone to fit vinyl flooring into a small - 2.80m x 2.49m room

I'm looking for a quote to replace the carpet in a bedroom in my second-floor flat in Bow, E3. The room is approximately 3.10m x 3.66m (around 11.3m²). I am planning to purchase the flooring myself and am currently looking at Remland Colourful Woodline White Plank cushion vinyl. They have asked me to provide details of the proposed flooring and soundproofing/underlay, so I would also need confirmation of the intended installation method before booking the work, as well as details of the installer.

Fit dry-back LVT flooring in a 4 m × 2.6 m room (10.4 m²) in N7 Holloway. I already have the LVT and suitable adhesive. The existing floor is thin lino which is firmly attached and has already been ground/smoothed down. The task is to inspect the existing surface, confirm it is suitable, plan the layout, apply the adhesive and professionally cut and fit the LVT. Please state whether any additional preparation or materials would be required. Experience fitting glue-down/dry-back LVT essential.

Living room wooden floor originally varnished in mahogany varnish, but the varnish is chipping off.
