Bathroom sink mixer tap to be replaced- Access will need to be obtained through careful removal of exiting tiles. Use opportunity to check sink “P” trap and no leaks from toilet. At the same time the mixer tap of the bath is to be replaced with one that matches the new sink tap. Access to the bath taps is restricted, but they have recently been replaced without too much difficulty. Additionally, the kitchen sink tap is to be replaced, taking the opportunity to install an in-line water filter to the 2nd cold supply of the tap. Taps & filters, supplied.

Bathroom needs some wall edges to be sanded and abit of filler as they aren’t straight after plastering, also some areas need to be repainted/ paint removed from switches. It’s not a lot of work but it has to be done well and really neat, I need someone who’s very good with filler/ plaster skimming
