Hello, I'd like to book a repair for my sage barista express. The grinder is working fine but the water is not pumping through the portafilter. I have tried to descale the machine and no water will pump through. No water will come through the frother as well. It sounds like the pump is trying to push water through but nothing is happening. Are you able to advise how to fix it? Thanks

I have a BREVILLE - VCF126 Barista Max Coffee Machine - Stainless Steel from 2021 which is no longer pumping water through the espresso or milk frother. The machine still makes a noise, however this is a lower tone than usual. I am wondering if a motor needs to be replaced or if the machine is unable to pressurise.

It’s the breville Max espresso machine. It’s pouring a lot of water through the milk steemer and when we make an expresso the milk steemer also pour water. And it shouldn’t do that. The steemer it self doesn’t work well anymore.
