Remove wooden planks from brickwork wall in our old office and fix to plasterboard wall in new office around the corner. Holes already drilled in planks of wood for fixing

Custom made bench seat requires sanding and restaining to match the dining table. The wood has been beeswax stained and not treated/coated. Legs currently not attached and need to be attached once stained. The job needs to be completed offsite as I live in an apartment with no outside area.

However, there's a switch and temperature panel on the left, so I want to see if it's possible to have carpentry on the left hand side with a slide door/window or something so as to reach the switch and panel if needed. Hi We are a retail unit in Commercial Street E1. Our unit was previously a restaurant and has a commercial style, stainless steel dish washing sink unit which is not fit for purpose. We have purchased a replacement sink unit and food prep unit (see pictures attached) which will need to be fitted. As far as I'm aware these are standalone units, but will possibly need to be fixed to the wall. Assuming water will need to be cut whilst installation takes place, works might need to be carried out outside of trading hours. If it is not necessary to cut water to the rest of the unit, works can be facilitated at any time. There is usually a member of staff on site from 8am most days, but any time theoretically can work. we found rats in our home quite often. they possibly entered from the holes behind the kitchen cabinet but the build-in kitchen cabinets look difficult to move away.
