The string has snapped on a wooden Venetian blind and needs replacing - photo attached of identical blind (without snapped string)

Roller blinds need to be cut to measure and fitted on windows in 2 bedrooms (3 piece each)

Install 2 blinds onto some skylights on the ceiling - the ceilings are about 3.5m tall so a ladder will be required. Fitting instructions are attached - only 4 screws so should be a quick fit, just at a bit of a height.

I'm installing horizontal blinds (about 1.2m x 1.9m) in the window reveal of our two skylights. See the images attached. The blinds are already assembled, and I have already marked out on the reveal where I need to insert 6x rule plugs/screws to support the side rails of each blind. I'm looking for help actually doing the 'final install' as clearly the size of the blinds makes this a two-man job! I have a 5-rung step ladder which is good enough for one person doing the 'supporting' but I'm looking for handyman with a 6-rung ladder or platform that can get us a bit higher to drill into the wall horizontally / screw in the blinds and complete the installation. I have a very basic drill but a more powerfull one would be better. With the right kit I imagine the job should not take more than 1 hour.
