Hi, Two of my honeycomb blinds are broken. These blinds are the type that stay up using a suspension string system. Unfortunately, my cats have chewed through the strings, and now the blinds can no longer stay up — they’ve completely fallen down. The issue is with the string mechanism that holds the blinds in place. Both blinds will likely need to have the string replaced or re-threaded to work properly again. Please let me know if you need photos or more details before coming out to repair them. I have attached photos of the string and the small plastic mechanism that the string is threaded through to keep it up. 2 of the plastic mechanisms have gone too. Thank you!
