We're unsure if this can be done in a single full day or will take two half days to ensure time for the first coating to dry. We'll supply the paint, you'd need to supply the tools etc. The house will be totally empty due to us just moving in which should make the job easier. We need our landing wallpapered with lining paper. The house is an old house so the state of the walls is poor. We will be preparing the walls. We have taken off all old wallpaper and will fill and sand ready for lining. We will use a thick ish lining paper (1200+). Note that the wall areas above the stairs are hard to access but not impossible with the appropriate ladder. We will provide all wallpaper but expect decorator to provide all glue and equipment.
