Kitchen is 10’ x 6’ and there is a crack in the existing wallpaper that needs to be fixed and then all of the ceiling painted. Ground floor Bathroom has a small hairline crack to resolve and ceiling to be painted. I have all the supplies; scrim tape, filler, Zinsser peel stop & Zinsser white self priming paint. I can also purchase the Zinsser ceiling paint if needed. I also have a step ladder. First photo is the bathroom, the others the kitchen ceiling.

There is some mold growth around the window area of my (tenanted) flat and I would like to remove it and redecorate the area. Ideally I would like someone to scrape off a good amount of the old paint ( was probably painted over old mold in the past) treat the area with an anti mold solution and then repaint. Possibly with anti condensation paint.

I previously made them darker with furniture varnish but it began to fade around the sink. So I sanded it back and stained again but with Osmo oil stain instead (shade tobacco). But now it has dried, I can see a lot of marks on the counter that look like water marks from pots and cups. TO DO - I’m thinking it will need sanding down again and the wood treating to remove the marks before staining with the Osmo oil again. Advice from experience welcome, please!

The walls in the 3 bedroom house has been skimmed and so the walls now need to be sanded down then painted including the front room. The job shouldn’t take more than 10 days or so, may be couple days more or couple days less. Paint will be provided. The doors and the ceilings also need to be painted also. There needs to be atleast 3 coats of paint as the walls and ceilings are freshly skimmed (cemented). The whole house would be painted white apart from one wall in the front room would be a different colour. You must be clean tidy professional and mostly experienced with tools.
