My dishwasher isn’t draining properly. An appliance engineer has already looked at it and confirmed the issue isn’t the machine itself. The waste hose is too long so water is pooling in the hose rather than draining away properly. This causes the dishwasher to stop mid-cycle and switch off. I need the dishwasher waste hose shortened so it drains freely. That likely means cutting the hose to length and refitting it at the correct height and fall, The dishwasher is integrated and sits under the kitchen counter next to the sink. Access is straightforward once the unit is pulled out.

Just moved in and new washing machine couldn’t be installed upon delivery as the previous owners took the bit of pipe which connects the washing machine to the waste water pipe (see images). First image shows the current waste water pipe, and second image is what the delivery driver showed me that I need in order to connect and install the washing machine. We need someone to provide the correct piece of connecting pipe and to install the machine.

I need to install a hanging clothes dryer (victorian air dryer) to my roof which is quite high up. There are two wheel dolleys that need to be drilled into the ceiling and more specifically directly into a joist. It is too difficult for me. You will need a -12 step ladder and most of the tools. I have the pieces/ accessories of the dryer.

My oven (Lamona LAM3401) is not heating up. The dials switch on and so does the fan, so it appears to be the heating element that has broken. Looking for someone to investigate this and potentially replace the element / necessary parts

I’ve just had a replacement integrated dishwasher installed in my kitchen. To allow the new dishwasher door to fully open, a narrow strip the width of the dishwasher needs cutting out of the top of the plinth which runs along the bottom of the cabinets. The plinth is currently removed. The installer said the section to be removed would need measuring and he thought a jigsaw would be needed for the job.
