Kitchen extractor hood has very poor extraction despite the motor running. There is little or no noticeable airflow at the external vent. I suspect a fault with the ducting, which runs through a small loft void above the kitchen. Access is via a small loft hatch in the kitchen ceiling. A large stepladder will be required as I only have a 4-step ladder which is not tall enough. Looking for somebody to diagnose the cause and repair if possible. See photos.

The roller ball catch doesn't work anymore and I can't close the cupboard door.

I have an old sage barista touch and steam system has an issue. when I try to use the steam wand it gives the steam inside of the machine. (stopped using the machine at all). I opened it but origin of the steam is not visible

I was using my vacuum to clean sanded down wall stuco, and it hasn't had good suction since. I've tried cleaning out the vacuum and cleaning the filters. The motor works, it spins when it's on, it's just not cleaning as effectively

The fridge is fitted in. The hinge of the fitted door for the freezer is not working well. If you can come on Tue-Thursday after 6pm that would be great, or on Friday all day.

Dishwasher is not draining propoerly. Also control switches don't work reliably. Sometimes it doens't run.

We have a faulty light in the living room. Fails to turn on reliably (but does occasionally still turn on). It's a chandelier type lamp on a dimmer switch. Have switched all three light bulbs and this is not the issue. Also have a faulty range hood. Has started to make a weird noise and does not seem to function optimally anymore. Brand is Zanussi. Would like these two things looked at together. Happy to negotiate budget. Suggested fee is for labour only, I realise parts will be extra.

Extendable sofa mechanics not working. When we press the remote, nothing happens however, it makes a noise when we press. So assume the electronics work but the hydraulics don't.

My integrated fridge freezer door is not closing properly. I think the runners have come loose or the fixing to the panel has come loose. I have a hinge repair kit in case it's the main door hinge that needs fixing - see pics.
