Mix bar extremely stiff needs be replaced or fix

I have owned a treadmill for about 6 months. It initially worked very well for the first few months, but more recently seems to trip the fuse box. I initially thought this was related to a lack of belt lubricant which I have topped up. This has slightly improved the problem, but the treadmill still trips the fuse box at higher speeds. Is this something you can help with?

Make: Samsung Model::WW80M645OPW/EU Worn drum bearing. Bearing will need replacing. Makes noise when you spin drum. I can provide a video of the noise if required. Please provide me with quote for parts and labour. Thanks

Towel radiator needs fixing. Heating element gone. If this cannot be fixed, need new radiator purchasing, installing and area repainting. Can pay more for the larger task.

Washing machine door needs repair or replacement as it does not close

The coffee machine is not pumping water properly, only a trickle comes out. I have ran the descale and cleaning cycles on the machine.

My electric Heater is not well configured and has not been comunicating well with the central. Need to fix that. Honeywell.

I have had a new washing machine installed different to old model so need to have a different fixing kit installed. I have purchased the fixing kit, but my tenant needs help adding the fixing kit and the dryer placed back on top of the washing machine

My oven (Lamona LAM3401) is not heating up. The dials switch on and so does the fan, so it appears to be the heating element that has broken. Looking for someone to investigate this and potentially replace the element / necessary parts
