Ok this a bit of a strange job but think it should be fairly small. Washing detergent has been spilled on my balcony and the chemicals in it have drawn out the oils in the asphalt. Ive brought some asphalt restorer paint and it needs to be applied with a sponge to blend in the edges of the marks as much as possible. I know its not going to look great but it seems its the best i can do.

I need one bedroom wall painted as a feature wall. The wall measures approximately 3.0m × 2.2m (6.6m²). The wall is currently white and will be painted Dulux Easycare Matt, 2.5L tin. There is enough paint for two coats with some leftover. I have attached an image of the wall that needs painting. I have bought everything needed (see images attached) - Paint (2.5L) - Rollers, tray and brushes - Masking tape - Dust sheets/plastic sheeting Please include preparation (masking and protecting the room), application of two coats, and leaving the area clean and tidy afterwards as part of your job. I have a open plan kitchen and living room. Just one side of the wall I needed it painted to my chosen colour. Currently it’s midnight blue, I want to go light. I already did one layer of white paint on almost 1/3 of the wall. Just requires a first layer to cover the dark which dries within 15-20mins then I want my chosen colour painted over.

Renovating the room, ceiling needs the popcorn paper to be removed, so it can be eventually painted. The popcorn paper has been painted over.

The walls in the 3 bedroom house has been skimmed and so the walls now need to be sanded down then painted including the front room. The job shouldn’t take more than 10 days or so, may be couple days more or couple days less. Paint will be provided. The doors and the ceilings also need to be painted also. There needs to be atleast 3 coats of paint as the walls and ceilings are freshly skimmed (cemented). The whole house would be painted white apart from one wall in the front room would be a different colour. You must be clean tidy professional and mostly experienced with tools.
