Find an experienced apartment painter in North London

I had a leak from flat above several months ago and there is slight black mold, and some patches need repainting now on external facing wall in my kitchen. This wall now needs some plastering in one patch as in the photo as well. The wall itself in the kitchen is quite small. I also want a small patch by the light switch to be touched over by white paint. Ideally, want this done at a weekend as I work during the week.

Whole house paint, all in white. Two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, hall/stairs, open plan downstairs. Walls in decent condition, some cracks have been patched up but are just from house movement. The house is being painted to sell.

I need my living room painted

Paint exterior pebble dash of first floor terrace house. Decorator to provide masonry paint in white. Please note the property is on the upside of an incline, which means it's high, with the top of the ground floor window is approx 3.3m above the front garden.

Hi there, I’m looking for someone to sand down and repaint an outdoor metal railing. I already have the paint and basic materials, but if you have a more powerful or efficient sander, that would be a bonus. The railing is at the back of the house so it should be a straightforward job. Ideally looking for someone with experience in outdoor painting and metalwork.
