1 bedroom flat walls and ceiling painting ,peeled and damaged ceiling in the bathroom and both rooms have a wall damaged by water

Paint the bedroom, wall paper one wall and apply moulding

We need a skilled painter/decorator to complete work on four Velux skylights. Some filling will need to be completed with caulk (please not bathroom sealant). Two already primed, ready for white finish. One will need to be primed. The fourth has some damp issues (replacement planned next year), to be primed with Zinsser Bulls Eye and finished in white. (we want to use Zinsser Bullseye coats on the water damage as it is recoatable in 1 hour). The windows are in a barge ceiling approx.2.5m high with easy ladder access. We’ll supply paint/materials if requested in advance. We’re after someone who can deliver a clean, fast, professional job — no splashes on furniture or flooring. Protective sheets are provided and must be used. Job should be completed in subsequent days(not starting for a day then coming back in two weeks, for example). We also have some snagging we would like to do (sanding & repainting some incomplete work). I only wish to work on a day rate basis - please share your day rate and availability.

Hallway walls (three floors) - has partially been completed. Dado rail has already been taped up. Painting of coving / skirting boards of bedroom. Patching of walls in bedroom (vast majority has already been completed). All paint has already been purchased. Walls are freshly plastered / mist coated and prepped for painting.

Need help hanging painting on living room wall Description: 90x125cm/35x49inch

I need help repairing and repainting two areas in my flat: 1. Bathroom wall – a bracket has come loose, leaving screw holes and marks. Needs filler/plaster repair, sanding, and repainting with bathroom-suitable paint (white). 2. Hallway (dark colour) – several screw holes and surface damage left after bike holder has been torn out of the wall. Needs proper filling, sanding flush, and repainting. Because the wall is a dark blue colour, I expect the whole wall may need repainting for a clean finish. Requirements: • Provide own tools and materials (I can supply paint if advised what to buy). • Ensure a smooth, neat finish with repairs invisible once painted. • Protect flooring/skirting while working and clean up after.

Looking for someone to paint my bedroom — all four walls need a fresh coat of white paint. I will provide the paint. The walls are in good condition with only minor marks; I’d just like them refreshed with an even, clean finish.

Im selling the house so need to smarten up the front of the house - fill the cracks in the masonry and repaint the windowsill and trim white.

Reposting as have been let down twice by the guy I had lined up to do the job… Back in February the upstairs flat had a leaky sink tap which caused some minor damage to our bathroom ceiling below. It’s now fully dry and in need of redecorating. Have attached a photo of the damage initially and now that it’s dry. The biggest patch is above the bathroom window and there is also a small patch on the ceiling above the door. Just need these small sections making good again. FYI this is what the previous contractor had intended to do: “scrape and sand watermarks, fill if necessary and then stainblock the whole ceiling and once dry give the ceiling another full coat of Dulux easy care bathroom paint in white.” If you’d like to take a look before quoting our tenants can be available most evenings after 5:30pm. I have the paint ready to go! It’s already white and will be painted a yellow/cream white colour. A fixed wardrobe is along one side of the bedroom so only 3 walls to paint! You need to bring your own brushes/decoration tools.

Paint small toilet rest room

I need my apartment painted. I have a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment where the walls and doors need painting with 1-2 coats all in the same colour. Paint will be provided by me but I would need you to bring brushes, etc. Also my shower sealant replaced with water / mould proof sealant.
