One wall is around 3.7 x 2.5m. The other 2 are around 2.7m x 2.5 but are taken up by a doorway, window and radiator. The total room for the skirting is around 3.7 x 2.7m. One of the larger walls will not be painted at all, and left blank for wallpaper.
