I need the following work done today: Bathroom 1: Size: 2m x 2m Work: Ceiling and walls have already had 1 coat of B.I.N Shellac stain blocker primer (to cover mould marks) - Require 2 coats of white bathroom paint on the ceiling, one complete wall and 2 partial walls. Bathroom 2: Size: 2m x 1.5m Work: - Sand down a single skirting board that has what looks like damp rising marks + apply B.I.N Shellac primer + paint - Apply 1 coat of B.I.N Shellac stain killer primer to affected areas on one wall + ceiling. - Apply 2 coats of white bathroom paint on the ceiling, one partial wall. You need to be experienced and have worked with B.I.N Primer products / moulded or damp rising walls before. Bring your own tools. Please see images attached. Provide labour costs and if you can provide materials then please indicate what the extra cost is. I can also supply materials but if you already have B.I.N primer and white bathroom paint then we can avoid wastage. Please note, I am an experienced AirTasker and am looking for a long term painter / decorator for future work referrals as I get asked for this type of work all of the time.
