I need an experienced tradesperson to install a kitchen chimney/cooker hood (70CM) and vent it through an external wall. Scope of work includes: Install and securely mount the chimney/cooker hood to the wall (with brackets/support as required) Core drill / create an external wall hole for the ducting (appropriate diameter for the hood outlet) Fit ducting from the hood to the external wall and install an external vent grille/flap Seal around the wall penetration properly (internal and external) to prevent drafts/water ingress Connect the power to the hood Test the unit (fan speeds, lights) and ensure it is operating correctly

Insulate internal wall under dining room window (2.4m x 0.5m). Fit PIR insulation, install continuous vapour barrier, reboard with plasterboard, skim to smooth finish and refit skirting. Please quote for labour and materials. See pics for internal and external wall.

I have scaffolding up recently had external walls painted on property. I need to fit gutters back onto property walls as they were removed. 5 gutters in total

Top up loft insulation to be laid across a small area of loft. Approx 4 x 6 meters I will supply the insulation, fitting only

Mount two TVs - one on a brick / masonry chimney breast and one on a plastered wall. Will discuss best mounting system with contractor if preferred.

Wooden framing around 2 wardrobes between wall and chimney breast

Some tiles have slipped on our roof and require putting back in place please - they are undamaged they just need placing back This is a 2 story house so adequate ladder is required Thank you!

Downpipe has popped out and needs to be put back and secured with some kind of glue please

Cleanse a first floor gutter on a mid terrace and replace a right hand side connector that is ogee to circular. The height is around 4.5-5 metres and there is room to erect a ladder.

The roof is leaking on out conservatory and we need it to stop. The leak seems to be coming in from the roof area where the conservatory needs the side of the house.

2x lengths of guttering (1x front 1x back) keeps coming away from joints. This has happened multiple times, I believe it may be that the guttering lengths are not long enough. Either fix or replace

The end of the guttering has come away from the down pipe and the rest of the guttering and therefore need to be replaced and reattached.

A section of guttering has come loose on the second floor, bracket broke in Storm Bert.

Conservatory roof two sheets sliding down. Needs to push back, sealed and put clips on top of that. Shouldn’t be more than an hour job max.
