I need an experienced tradesperson to install a kitchen chimney/cooker hood (70CM) and vent it through an external wall. Scope of work includes: Install and securely mount the chimney/cooker hood to the wall (with brackets/support as required) Core drill / create an external wall hole for the ducting (appropriate diameter for the hood outlet) Fit ducting from the hood to the external wall and install an external vent grille/flap Seal around the wall penetration properly (internal and external) to prevent drafts/water ingress Connect the power to the hood Test the unit (fan speeds, lights) and ensure it is operating correctly

Mount two TVs - one on a brick / masonry chimney breast and one on a plastered wall. Will discuss best mounting system with contractor if preferred.

Need to wall mount a 50 inch TV. The brackets I will be using is Sony SU-WL450. Essentially, the work is to fix this bracket (with 4 screws) on the wall with perfect alignment. The TV just hangs of the bracket and no help is needed to put the TV on the wall. The wall is a chimney breast which was recently plastered and painted.
