This will want channelling into the floor and drilling through a wall beneath the joists (access is not an issue)into adjustment room to be reconnected to the existing supply. The supply is in a cellar and is on own isolation valve. Access is easy here to make replacement connection

Hi, I’m looking for someone to repair an electric fireplace. The unit turns on and the fan works, but it only blows cold air and does not heat up. The display and controls work normally, but there is no warm air coming out. I suspect an issue with the heating element, thermostat, or internal wiring. I need a carpenter to insert an electric fireplace in my existing media wall- essentially cutting hole through the wood and setting the fireplace against the brickwork. Finishing must be neat. Open to ideas on how to better place the short unit that houses consoles... maybe cut back the media wall at the bottom so that the unit sits flush against the brick wall as well... I'm not sure.
